Event Recap
Oh man, Monday Night Raw on 10/6/25 was exactly the kinda chaotic, hype‑filled go‑home show you expect before a big PLE – and somehow it delivered fun, frustration, and a sprinkle of “wait, what just happened?” from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Roman Reigns kicked things off with his classic “acknowledge me” energy, soaking up a big reaction and officially setting his Australian Street Fight with Bronson Reed at Crown Jewel, which got the crowd pumped even though Reigns’ promo wandered a bit into “big speech” territory. Then things got wild on the undercard, starting with Maxxine Dupri getting the win of her WWE career by count‑out over Becky Lynch — yep, The Man literally got counted out after losing her cool, which had fans half‑cheering and half‑facepalming. Roxanne Perez and Lyra Valkyria brought a strong, physical bout next, with Perez snaring the pin after targeting Valkyria’s arm and surviving a little ringside Bayley chaos. Over in the women’s division again, Kairi Sane edged out IYO SKY in a hard‑fought battle that saw Asuka’s meddling help tilt the scales — it was tense and messy, in a good way for storyline heat. The six‑man tag with AJ Styles, Dragon Lee & Penta against Judgment Day was full of pace and crowd stuff, and Styles sealed it with a Styles Clash that got a big pop. And closing the night, CM Punk and LA Knight sneaking a win over The Usos was exactly the kinda unpredictable finish Raw sometimes needs — Punk and Knight weren’t exactly cutting a flawless team, but they got the job done to send the fans home buzzing about what comes next. All in all, this Raw was a solid mix of cool wrestling moments and some head‑scratchers, but it definitely kept me entertained heading into Crown Jewel.

Summary
Becky Lynch walked into this one with that “Big Time Becks” swagger, but Maxxine Dupri turned it into a legitimately chaotic opening match. Becky looked like she had the edge early — classic strikes, aggression out the gate — until Dupri baited her into sloppy aggression. Becky chased her around ringside, slowed down just enough, and… boom — count‑out. Dupri doesn’t pin Becky clean, but she leaves with the win and the crowd is not pleased. It’s the kind of result that makes you raise an eyebrow — Becky was there to fight, and instead she got schooled by a slow walk out of the ring.

Summary
Lyra Valkyria versus Roxanne Perez had actual pace to it — a back‑and‑forth exchange that felt like two young lions trying to prove they belong in main roster intensity. Lyra’s hybrid offense looked crisp and technical early, keeping Roxanne guessing, but Roxanne’s tenacity kept her in it. The finish came when Roxanne caught Lyra coming off the ropes and nailed the Pop Rox for the clean pin. It wasn’t overbooked nonsense — they wrestled — and Roxanne’s win was earned and decisive. The place popped hard for that one.

Summary
This was kinda wild — IYO SKY brought that nimble, unpredictable style, but Kairi Sane came in super sharp and ready to brawl. A big turn here was the interference by Asuka, who didn’t just stand by; she got right in IYO’s face and helped tilt the odds. Mid‑match, Asuka’s presence slowed IYO, and Kairi capitalized, driving her into a Back Bridge Pin. It’s never a surprise when interference shows up in Raw women’s matches, but here it actually influenced the outcome, and Sane scored a clean‑looking win with Asuka’s unasked‑for help.

The Judgment Day
Summary
This was the fun, wildcard tag — Styles, Lee, and Penta had the kind of chemistry that makes TV worth paying attention to. Judgment Day came in hot, but the babyface trio countered every dirty trick thrown at them. High spots, counters, and momentum swings kept this from being a predictable stomp. AJ hit a Phenomenal Dropkick, Lee hit some wild offense, and Penta dropped a big move that let Styles hit the Styles Clash for a clean finish. When smoke clears, it’s Styles & friends standing tall — not just winning, but looked good doing it.

The Usos
Summary
Raw’s tag highlight was Punk and LA Knight teaming up, and honestly it felt like a watchable mismatch that worked. Early on, The Usos used classic tag‑team sync — shoves, isolations, and near falls — but Punk’s intensity and Knight’s swagger tipped the tone. Punk hit a GTS on Jey, Knight walked into the spotlight with a BFT on Jimmy, and that was that. No clowning around at the finish — the duo got the pin clean and left with bragging rights. Crowd noise was loud, and even the cynic in you has to admit — this was a tag match that felt like a big deal.
