Event Preview
Tonight’s WWE SmackDown kicks off at 8 PM ET / 7 PM CT from the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky, delivering one last big blast of storylines before Saturday’s Elimination Chamber premium live event. The card features RHIYO (Rhea Ripley & IYO SKY) defending the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships against The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax & Lash Legend) in a hotly anticipated rematch, while rising star Oba Femi squares off with The Miz and Jordynne Grace battles Candice LeRae in singles action. Segment recap
Chaos took over SmackDown as we see Jey Uso being ambulanced off. Drew McIntyre stormed in through the crowd declaring himself untouchable, only for Nick Aldis to warn him the locker room was hunting him and the challengers to his title began stacking up one by one. Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Trick Williams, Je'Von Evans, and LA Knight all hit the scene with Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania on their minds, turning the segment into a verbal shootout of egos and ambitions. It finally boiled over when Knight dropped Williams with a right hand, Orton blindsided Evans with an RKO, and the ring was left simmering with the promise that McIntyre’s reign is hanging by a thread.

Summary
Solo Sikoa vs. Uncle Howdy opened the night with a physical, tense battle as Howdy smartly targeted Sikoa’s hand to neutralize the Samoan Spike, while Sikoa struggled to sustain momentum despite landing a side slam and top-rope splash. The turning point came when Sikoa’s attempt at Sister Abigail backfired, allowing Howdy to counter with a Mandible Claw before ultimately planting Sikoa with Sister Abigail for a shocking, interference-free pinfall. The surprise result was short-lived, however, as MFT attacked after the bell, ensuring the rivalry with the Wyatt Sicks is far from over.
