Summary
Ricky Saints picked up his first big main roster victory, defeating Matt Cardona after surviving a surprisingly competitive match. Cardona controlled most of the action and looked like he might steal the win after connecting with the Broski Boot and later the Rough Ryder, but Saints refused to stay down. After escaping an Unprettier and kicking out of Cardona’s best shot, Saints fired back with a Revolution DDT and followed it up with Roshambo to secure the victory. Cardona once again looked strong in defeat, but Saints got the statement win he needed to continue building momentum.

Trick Williams picked up a statement win over Matt Cardona, continuing to ride a wave of momentum fueled by his recent aggression. The match was competitive early, but Trick’s intensity and confidence took over down the stretch. With Sami Zayn hunting revenge after last week’s attack, hitting the Helluva Kick on Yatchy at ringside, this victory only adds fuel to the fire as Trick looks poised to prove he, and his lemon-pepper steppers, is a real threat to Sami's US Championship.

Summary
This one had a sharper edge stylistically. Black controlled large portions with strikes and timing, constantly interrupting Cardona’s attempts to build offense. Cardona got some moments in—mostly through counters—but it never felt like he had sustained control. Black’s pacing made the difference here, as he dictated when exchanges happened. The finish came after Black shut down a late push and landed his decisive strike to end it clean. Shorter match, but effective in making Black look dangerous.
