Summary
The Last Man Standing Match between Jacob Fatu and Braun Strowman on the April 4, 2025 episode of SmackDown was exactly the kind of chaotic, heavy-hitting fight you’d expect when two human wrecking balls are told there are no rules. The match didn’t even bother easing in—it basically started as a brawl before the bell, with Strowman throwing Fatu into steel steps and overpowering him early, only for Fatu to fire back with superkicks, a spinning elbow, and multiple moonsaults that somehow kept the big man on his heels. Once weapons came into play, things escalated fast—chairs, tables, the barricade, and even the announce table all took damage as both men kept beating the ten count over and over. Strowman had his moments, including blasting Fatu through the barricade and hammering him with weapons, but Fatu just kept getting back up, which made the whole thing feel less like a match and more like survival. The turning point came late when the destruction piled up enough that Strowman finally couldn’t answer the referee’s count, leaving Fatu standing as the last man and earning the win. It was messy, violent, and completely over the top—in other words, exactly what it needed to be—and Fatu came out looking like an absolute problem heading into his United States Title shot.

Summary
This match was exactly what you’d expect when Braun Strowman is challenging for a title: a lot of heavy hits and very little finesse. Strowman tried to overpower LA Knight early, tossing the champion around and making it clear he planned to win by brute force. Knight responded with quick strikes and movement, trying to keep the giant off balance long enough to find an opening. The crowd stayed firmly behind Knight, and he managed to build some momentum with a few big counters. Just when the match looked ready to hit its finishing stretch, everything fell apart. Jacob Fatu stormed into the situation and attacked Strowman, bringing the match to a halt. The interference wiped out any chance of a clean finish and left the title situation unresolved while bodies piled up around the ring.

Summary
This match was less about finesse and more about two very large men trying to knock each other into next week. Jacob Fatu came out aggressive and spent the early part of the match throwing heavy strikes and tossing Strowman around whenever he could. Strowman answered with his usual freight-train offense, including a big running attack around the ringside area that got the crowd fired up. The match was building into a solid power fight when things fell apart. Members of the Bloodline got involved at ringside and interfered, bringing the match to a halt and giving Strowman the win by disqualification. It wasn’t exactly the clean finish fans probably wanted, but the ruling meant Strowman earned a future shot at the United States Championship, while the post-match chaos made it clear the Bloodline isn’t letting anyone fight their guy without getting involved

Summary
This one never really had a chance to become a clean wrestling match, but it was still a pretty entertaining collision while it lasted. Braun Strowman came in throwing heavy shots and trying to bulldoze Solo Sikoa around the ring, while Sikoa focused on grounding the bigger man and cutting him down with strikes and interference from the outside. The match eventually spiraled into chaos, with outside involvement turning it into more of a fight than a contest. Officials lost control as bodies started flying around ringside, and the referee finally called for the disqualification. Strowman technically got the win, but the whole thing felt more like a bar fight that wandered into a wrestling ring.
