Summary
Penta and Ludwig Kaiser opened things up with a fight that quickly turned into a weapons-filled brawl. Since the rules were basically nonexistent, both guys went straight for steel chairs and kendo sticks and didn’t waste time trying to wrestle pretty. Kaiser tried to slow things down with strikes and chair shots, but Penta kept pushing the pace and turning the chaos back on him. The match turned into a rough fight around ringside before Penta finally planted Kaiser with the Penta Driver to get the win. After the match, Penta made it clear in an interview that he’s coming after the Intercontinental Championship next, which felt like a pretty bold statement considering who’s holding that belt right now.

Pinfall
Summary
This was a fast-paced opener that felt chaotic in the best possible way. Penta came out flying early, showing off his insane athleticism with a hurricanrana that sent Pete Dunne crashing into Ludwig Kaiser. Dunne answered back with his usual joint-twisting brutality, bending fingers and targeting arms like he was trying to dismantle both opponents piece by piece. Penta nearly stole the show with a Mexican Destroyer on Dunne that looked like it should’ve ended the match. Instead, Kaiser played the ultimate opportunist. At one point he yanked at Penta’s mask to create an opening, then waited for the perfect moment to slide back in and spike Dunne with a DDT. Kaiser stole the pinfall and the win, proving once again that sometimes the smartest wrestler—not the flashiest—walks out with the victory.

Summary
This ended up being short but punchy. Penta just had so much momentum that he didn’t bother to make this a drawn-out chess match. Ludwig showed flashes of offense, especially with some smart counters and a few nasty chops, but Penta caught him with a sequence of brutal strikes that felt legitimately impactful. A big Mexican Destroyer finally put Ludwig away, and Penta walked off clutching the win like a guy who feels like he’s on the rise. It wasn’t a clinic, but it was decisive.

The 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble Match featured a loaded field that included legends, returning stars, and breakout talent, with guys like Rey Mysterio, Jacob Fatu, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Logan Paul, and John Cena among the entrants. Early eliminations came quickly from powerhouses like Fatu and Reigns, while Cena put in a standout effort, tossing several opponents including Braun Strowman. In the closing stretch, intense exchanges between Cena and Uso saw both men fight through fatigue and near‑eliminations, with Uso ultimately knocking Cena off the apron to secure the win. Jey’s victory earned him a headline‑making world title match at WrestleMania 41 and provided one of the biggest shock endings of Rumble history.
